As IT Service Desk Specialist, you will support clients and our products by monitoring and sustaining continuous availability of provided services.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Min. 1 year of documented experience in the field of IT environment or IT-related research
  • High availability to work on day and night shifts (12-hour shifts)
  • Ability to evaluate graphical data from monitoring tools
  • Ability to analyze the unusual performance of applications, platforms, infrastructure
  • Ability to work under pressure and ability to cope with difficult situations
  • Ability to quickly learn and develop your own skills
  • Attention to detail and divisibility of attention
  • Ability to communicate in English at a professional level using technical vocabulary
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes will be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Grafana, Hostmon, Pingdom, DataDog, New Relic will be an asset
  • Knowledge of Putty, Cygwin, Grep, Cmd will be an asset
  • Knowledge of Bash will be an asset
  • ISTQB certificate will be an asset 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Constant monitoring of applications, platforms, infrastructure
  • Resolving tickets, analyzing log files
  • Implementation of configuration improvements
  • Optimization and automation of the workflow process
  • Creating hardware and software monitoring tests
  • Performing regression tests 
  • Make sure that the services offered by Anixe are available in accordance with the SLA
  • Create daily reports to allow smooth change forwarding.
  • Proactively communicate with clients using customer notification tools
  • Keep learning and adapt to dynamic changes depending on the development of technology and knowledge sharing inside and outside the team
