About your Team

You will be part of the Finance and Accounting team that is responsible for the accounting activities across the company. Our team is handling all Finance and Accounting related matters, from invoicing to controlling as well as liaising with 3rd party services providers for all accounting transactions.

About your Role

As a Finance Specialist you will be involved in various accounting and finance related activities internally: From issuing invoicing and financial documents, processing payments and other transactions with external stakeholders, to ad hoc reporting for finance, and other duties. We are looking for a detail oriented specialist who is open minded, highly organized and mostly willing to grow and learn!

What you will do

  • Issue invoices and financial documents
  • Register invoices and accounting documents to OCR system
  • Accounting control of invoices and accounting documents
  • Process payments in bank systems
  • Control of settlements with suppliers and customers
  • Cooperate with external accounting and finance services providers, 3rd party providers of financial services and customers and suppliers
  • Prepare controlling report and analysis
  • Analyze Financial data
  • Participate in activities related to monthly and yearly closing of month
  • Participate in annual financial and tax audit
  • Oversee and monitor administrative matters related to financial activities 
  • Archive financial and accounting records
  • Participate in internal projects such as documentation flow and accounting system

What you need to have

  • BA degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
  • Practical knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with accounting for receivables / issuing sales invoices
  • Readiness for continuous learning with the ability to master new technologies, standards and best practices
  • Practical knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • High attention to detail and analytical and problem solving skills
  • good written and spoken English
  • Continuous improvement and learning mindset
