About your role


As Junior Client Engagement Manager you will be responsible for managing our client lifecycle within ANIXE. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining lasting client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact between the business and clients.  You will ensure that our clients receive proper resources as well as quality service.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Handle client queries, support the application configuration, ensuring a smooth implementation and excellent delivery experience to meet and exceed client needs
  • Identify client needs and challenges and translate them into business opportunities
  • Ensure the product correctness and quality
  • Manage client expectations and ensure delivery of client requests in a timely and proactive manner
  • Educate clients on new system functionalities
  • Maintain and develop excellent working relationships with clients 
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate constantly with product teams on areas for improvement and innovation - turning customer requests into product enhancements
  • Provide regular reporting on engagement performance


Our perfect match:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in an international business environment
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English with peers and stakeholders 
  • Good time and project management skills, combined with a high level of attention to detail
  • Knowledge of web applications’ mechanisms (understanding of booking engines and booking management systems would be ideal)
  • Strong eagerness to learn our domains, products, and solutions from a technical point of view
  • Willingness to collectively solve problems
  • ‘Can-do’ attitude


Will be a plus:

  • Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and/or Lean 
  • Experience in the travel industry

What you will learn:

  • Learn how to work with agile Project Management (scrum, Kanban)
  • Be part of the travel industry and have direct impact on our teams and clients
