We are looking for a Lead QA/Support Engineer. Our customers are travel companies from the whole globe. We provide the full system for buying, managing, and distributing different types of products - accommodation, transfers, and excursions.

We are looking for a quality engineer, with at least 4 years of professional experience in manual and automated testing, Someone who will step up to a leadership role and will guide the team. On this position, time will be divided into 2 main activities - hand-on work with team members and improving processes.



As a Lead Support:

  • You need to understand the system and the dependencies between components
  • You will be trained in many different areas, including the core functionality of our existing applications – online booking engines, offline price export for client’s product, and E2E process of product distribution
  • You will manage the support team in 2 locations - Wroclaw and Athens
  • You need to understand existing processes and improve them with cooperation with other departments
  • You need to ensure that the working environment for the support team, such as structure, methodologies, collaboration with other teams is set at its best
  • You will implement internal and external SLAs across the whole company
  • You will help the team to improve their technical skills


What we expect is:

  • Technical knowledge in high performing systems
  • Design and write test cases, automate test execution, and report test results to QA, development, and product teams
  • System thinking
  • Experience in API testing
  • Experience in understanding and testing products and platforms as well as their integrations and interactions
  • Experience with bug tracking tools (like Jira)
  • Constant contact with Product Owners and Client Engagement team
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in technology
  • Be a fast learner, self-propelled and proactive
  • English level B2 (good in writing)
  • Self-driven, good communication, enthusiastic approach, and can-do attitude
