We are looking for a People Operations Specialist that will work across a variety of people-related tasks to ensure great employee experiences. As a People Operations Specialist, you will provide HR administrative support and cooperate closely with Teams and Team Leaders to deliver people solutions and address issues in a fast-changing company.
You will be hired on a Full-time replacement contract with the possibility of an extension.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in HR (or related)
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Experience in payroll (in IT will be an asset)
- Knowledge about employment-related laws and regulations
- Experience in preparing HR documents
- Advanced level skills of Excel
- Knowledge and experience related to HR policies, processes, and practices of Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance Management, Development, Retention will be a strong asset
- Experience in IT recruitment (incl. active acquisition) will be a strong asset
- Strong ability to adapt to change, and be an active change management supporter
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills, working effectively at times in ambiguity, while still maintaining positivity
- Proven relationship-building skills on all levels of management
- Proactiveness, flexibility, and a “can-do” attitude are a must
- Strong communication and team player skills
- Commitment to the entrusted tasks
- Likes thinking outside the box when resolving issues
- Independence and ability to ask questions, updating the status of your tasks, encountering difficulties, asking for help
- Knowledge of visa procedures and legalization of employment in Poland will be an asset
Your key responsibilities will include:
- HR Administration
- Preparing HR data for payroll
- Preparing HR documents
- Guiding employees and managers about HR policies and procedure
- Ensuring appropriate process, policy implementation
- Recruitment
- Creating a job description, job posting,
- Direct search
- Hiring (including country foreigners' relocation)
- Onboardiing
- Cooperation with recruitment agencies
- HR consultancy and support:
- Working closely with Team Leaders and Product Owners and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Coordinating areas of feedback meeting, development, performance, difficult work-related problems, promotions, etc.
- Supporting talent identification and development
- Supporting implementation of organizational changes
- Leading/participating in short-term projects to support the HR initiatives
- Working with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality HR delivery of service and projects
- Preparing and maintaining reports related to specific HR areas or projects
- Employer branding
- Driving and promoting company values, creating positive employee relations culture
- Coordinating internal and external events and EB activities
- Cooperation with external stakeholders
