We are looking for a People Operations Specialist that will work across a variety of people related tasks to ensure great employee experiences. As a People Operations Specialist, you will cooperate closely with Teams and Team Leaders to deliver people solutions and address issues in a fast-changing company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in HR (or related)
- 2-3 years experience in IT recruitment (incl. active acquisition) is a must
- Knowledge and experience related to HR policies, processes, and practices of Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance Management, Development, Retention
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Strong ability to adapt to change, and be an active change management supporter
- Flexibility, working effectively at times in ambiguity, while still maintaining positivity
- Strong follow up and organizational skills
- Proven relationship-building skills on all levels of management
- Proactive approach
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Likes thinking outside the box when resolving issues
- Team player
- Knowledge of visa procedures and legalization of employment in Poland will be an asset
- Knowledge about employment-related laws and regulations will be a great advantage
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving and promoting company values, creating positive employee relations culture
- Working closely with Team Leaders and Product Owners and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Coordinating areas of development, performance, difficult work-related problems, promotions, etc.
- Conducting recruitment process (from creating a job description to hiring including country foreigners' relocation)
- Coaching and counsel employees and managers in HR policies, procedures
- Supporting talent identification and development
- Ensuring appropriate process, policy implementation
- Guiding employees about HR policies and procedure
- Coordinating internal and external events and EB activities
- Supporting implementation of organizational changes
- Leading/participating in short-term projects to support the HR initiatives
- Working with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality HR delivery of service and projects
- Preparing and maintaining reports related to specific HR projects
