As a Technical support, you will focuse on providing individualized customer-oriented support on various web applications issues in multiple destinations across the world. You will be handling any kind of issue that end users encounter, from small seemingly insignificant to major complex problems in order for applications' components to run smoothly and clients get maximum benefits from them. You will be evaluating the quality of provided solutions, by supporting the team commencing of regular release testing.


Ideal candidate should have:


  • 2+ years of experience on similar role
  • Excellent English
  •  Experience in preparing and executing test scenarios
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database
  • Basic understanding of web technologies
  • Basic knowledge of the principles of creating tests: functional, integration, acceptance, performance
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement and continuous deployment solution
  • Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. TestRail)
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude
  • Experience in JIRA, GIT, Freshdesk will be a plus


Main responsibilities: 


  • Respond to clients' issues within SLA
  • Execute test cases, analyze results, document testing phases, identify deficiencies and report bugs and errors
  • Prepare test scripts and scenarios and monitor of existing ones
  • Create automated solutions wherever possible
  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Builds monitoring for his/her own component
  • Identify processes bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement 
  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Analyze and Resolve day-to-day enquiries (e.g. system performance, customized reports, database modifications, etc.) acquired from clients in order to provide the best possible solution
  • Communicate with clients on a daily basis in order to discover details and understand user needs
  • Acts proactively to manage stakeholder satisfaction and expectations, including estimated timelines
  • Close cooperation with the software development team
  • Ensure compliance with software standards and requirements
